Submitting a Housing Contract for Incoming Students:
Currently, we are still accepting contracts for first-year students, transfer students and graduate students. Please note, however, that space is limited, and contracts will be fufilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
First-year students are eligible to submit a Residence Hall contract if they are single and have a Statement of Intent to Register (SIR) on file.
Some of the Many Advantages of Living On Campus:
- Higher Grades - National studies have repeatedly shown students who live on campus (as opposed to either commuting from home or living in an off-campus apartment) report higher grades, are more likely to complete college and more likely to graduate on time, in large part because of closer contact with faculty members.
- Increased Satisfaction - Live-in students are more likely to be satisfied with curriculum and instruction, more involved with campus activities, and happier with their total collegiate experience
- Financial Aid Advantages - Little known fact: You receive more housing aid (as part of your financial aid package) if you live on campus.
- 24/7 Peace of Mind - Residence Hall communities feature secured access, gated parking, live-in staff, trained counselors and full-time police patrols.
- Lifelong Friendships - The experience of living, studying and eating together creates bonds that last a lifetime. There's nothing quite like it.
